Senior Leadership Positions

The following top management positions are open at CEASDC Islamabad:

• Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (MP-I) [1 post] – Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Public Administration, Management Sciences or Finance from an HEC-recognized university/institution. Minimum 15 years relevant post-qualification professional experience, including at least 05 years in a senior leadership/management position in a public-sector entity, autonomous body, company, education/health/rehabilitation institution or comparable organization. Demonstrated experience in institutional governance, strategic planning, HR, financial/administrative management and stakeholder coordination is required. Minimum age: 45 years.
• Director Clinical & Therapeutic Services (PPS-09) [1 post] – Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Sciences, Applied Behavior Analysis, Public Health or a closely relevant clinical/rehabilitation discipline. Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Only Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply for these positions.
• Qualification and experience requirements for each post are given above; only post-qualification experience relevant to the advertised post will be considered.

7. Press the “SUBMIT” button to complete the online application before 4:00 PM on 24 October 2026. Only SUBMITTED applications will be considered; applications left in SAVED or INCOMPLETE mode will not be entertained.
