Four Senior Positions Are Available
The recruitment is for statutory positions at the Cancer Care Clinic of NSICT&R. The advertised posts, IPS levels and salary ranges are:

These are senior leadership appointments, and each position has a separate professional qualification and experience profile.
Hospital Director
The Hospital Director position requires MBBS from a PM&DC-recognized institution with valid PMDC registration. Candidates must also hold one of the specified postgraduate qualifications, including FCPS, MS, MD, PhD, MPhil or MPH, from a recognized institution.
The advertisement requires 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years after the postgraduate qualification in a PMDC/HEC-recognized department, institute, hospital or university.
Administrative qualification and experience will be preferred.
Age: 35 to 55 years.
Medical Director
Applicants for Medical Director must have MBBS from a PM&DC-recognized institution with valid PMDC registration.
A recognized terminal postgraduate qualification is required, such as FCPS, MS, MD, FRCS, FRCP or membership of a Royal College with CCT, CST or CESR (UK). A Diploma of the American Board or equivalent international terminal qualification determined by HEC, or an equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC/HEC, is also specified.
Candidates must have 10 years of post-fellowship experience in a PM&DC/HEC-recognized institute, hospital or university.
Experience in oncology or a specialty care hospital will be preferred.
Age: 40 to 65 years.
Director Finance
For Director Finance, candidates must have a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized institute or university.
Professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CMA with FCA or FCMA designation are also accepted under the advertisement.
Applicants require at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, corporate finance or public finance. At least 3 years must have been spent in a senior leadership role within a large organization, with healthcare-sector experience preferred.
Age: 35 to 55 years.
Director Nursing
Candidates for Director Nursing need BSN or an equivalent qualification recognized by PNMC with valid registration.
The advertisement also accepts the specified nursing pathway of a 3-year Diploma in General Nursing plus 1-year Diploma in Midwifery for females, or 1-year Specialty Program for males, followed by 2-year Post RN BSN.
Applicants must additionally have PhD, MPhil or MSN from a PNMC/HEC-recognized institution or university.
Experience requirements are:
- 8 years of post-qualification teaching, research or administrative experience with PhD.
- 10 years of post-qualification teaching, research or administrative experience with MPhil/MSN.
- At least 5 years in a senior nursing leadership position.
Administrative qualifications and experience, along with oncology or specialty-care hospital experience, will be preferred.
Age: 40 to 65 years.
