The civil engineering wing needs six Project Directors who will head large infrastructure and construction work in Islamabad.
Project Director (Civil) – 06 Posts: The post is placed at PPS-10. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects on a senior position. A Master’s degree in Construction or Project Management will be an advantage. The applicant must be a Professional Engineer registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, and must have proven experience in managing major infrastructure works while working in a leadership role with strong communication skills. Experience in multi-disciplinary construction environments is preferred.

The electrical and mechanical wing needs two Project Directors to manage building and infrastructure systems work.
Project Director (E&M) – 02 Posts: The post is placed at PPS-10. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects on a senior position. A Master’s degree in Construction or Project Management will be an advantage. Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
The advertisement fixes the following eligibility conditions. Only candidates who meet these conditions should apply:
For Project Director (Civil): a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution, with at least 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects at a senior position.

Age must be between 40 and 50 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government policy.
Appointments are on merit; all applicable quotas will be observed as per Government policy.
Only short-listed candidates who qualify as per the above criteria will be called for a written test, skill test, physical test, or interviews.
Appointment will be on a contract basis for an initial period of two years, which may be extended further if required. The contract carries no vested right for regular appointment.
Selected candidates will be required to bring original documents, including educational and experience certificates along with attested copies, at the time of the interview.
Candidates already serving in Government sector organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department along with the application.
No TA or DA will be admissible for appearing in any test or interview.
