Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Associate (Electrical): minimum B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical from an HEC-recognized institution, with minimum 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in electrical operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably at mining, industrial or heavy engineering sites. Maximum age 47 years on the last date of application; age relaxation admissible as per applicable rules. Candidates having the domicile of Balochistan will be preferred.
Marketing / Export Promotion Officer – Salt Business: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commerce, Economics or a related field, with minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience in sales, marketing, export promotion or international business development, preferably in salt, minerals, food products, FMCG or commodities. Age 35 years on the last date of application.
Maintenance Lead / Sr. Associate: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) from an HEC-recognized institution, with minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in electrical/mechanical operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably at mining, industrial or heavy engineering sites. Maximum age 40 years on the last date of application; age relaxation admissible as per applicable rules. Candidates having the domicile of Balochistan will be preferred.
The Associate (Electrical) will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, inspect and repair motors, control panels, power distribution systems and switchgear, and ensure compliance with electrical safety and HSE requirements.
The Marketing/Export Promotion Officer will identify and develop new customers, distributors, dealers, importers and exporters, promote PMDC salt products through digital marketing, B2B platforms, exhibitions and trade fairs, and support export documentation, shipment arrangements and sales targets.
The Maintenance Lead will plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, prepare maintenance schedules and reports, supervise maintenance staff and contractors, and conduct root-cause analysis for process improvements.
