A Senior Engineering Position for Retired WAPDA Professionals

Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) is inviting applications from experienced retired officers for the post of Manager, Power Transformers Engineering Services Unit (PTESU). The foundation manages welfare projects for retired employees and the families of deceased workers from WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs, and NTDC.

The selected professional will oversee transformer repair operations, technical supervision, administration, quality control, and coordination with power sector organizations. The Role at a Glance

This recruitment is for a single senior management position carrying BPS-19 status.

The appointment will initially be made for one year. Based on satisfactory performance, the contract may be extended annually up to three years or until the employee reaches 65 years of age, whichever comes first.

Who Matches the Required Profile?

    • Or an equivalent senior engineering position.

  • Monitoring billing and recoveries from DISCOs and other client organizations.

  • Supervising PTESU accounts activities.
  • Managing disposal of dismantled and scrap material.
