Management Trainee (Sales & Marketing) – 01 Post
This post is for business graduates with a marketing specialization:
Qualification: MBA or BBA in Marketing with a minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university
Minimum 3.0 CGPA is required
Graduates of 2025–2026 may apply, with or without experience
Monthly stipend of Rs. 80,000 (lump-sum) during the one-year training period
Management Trainee (Legal) – 01 Post
This post is for law graduates interested in corporate legal work:
Qualification: BA-LLB with a minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university
Minimum 3.0 CGPA is required
Graduates of 2025–2026 may apply, with or without experience
Monthly stipend of Rs. 80,000 (lump-sum) during the one-year training period
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Only Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply, including those who graduated from foreign universities
Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university; foreign-qualified candidates must meet HEC recognition standards
Minimum 3.0 CGPA in the qualifying degree
Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or 2026; fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply
Minimum 16 years of education is required for both positions
Maximum age limit is 28 years as on the date of the advertisement
The training is contractual for one year only; it does not create an employer–employee relationship and does not carry any obligation of permanent employment with PMDC
Selection will be made through a written test and an interview, with weightage of 30% academics, 40% written test and 30% interview
