Director Positions – Four Posts
PEIMA has advertised four Director-level posts, each with one seat and a lump-sum salary of Rs. 750,000 per month. The age limit for all Director posts is 35 to 55 years.
Director (HR & Admin) [01 post] – Lump-sum salary Rs. 750,000 per month; age 35 to 55 years. Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, HRM, Public Administration (MPA), Social Sciences or Arts & Humanities from an HEC-recognized university, with preference for M.Phil/PhD holders. At least 10 years of verifiable relevant experience in the public or private sector, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium or large organization.
Director (Partnership & Collaboration) [01 post] – Lump-sum salary Rs. 750,000 per month; age 35 to 55 years. Minimum 16 years of education in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university, with preference for M.Phil/PhD holders. At least 10 years of verifiable relevant experience in the public or private sector, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium or large organization.
Director (Academics & Research) [01 post] – Lump-sum salary Rs. 750,000 per month; age 35 to 55 years. Minimum 16 years of education in Education Planning, Research, Curriculum Development, Management Sciences or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university, with preference for M.Phil/PhD holders. At least 10 years of verifiable relevant experience in the public or private sector, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium or large organization.
Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) [01 post] – Lump-sum salary Rs. 750,000 per month; age 35 to 55 years. Minimum 16 years of education in Statistics, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences, MIS or Mathematics from an HEC-recognized university, with preference for M.Phil/PhD holders. At least 10 years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in the public or private sector, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium or large organization.
PEIMA requires one Chief Audit Officer with a lump-sum salary of Rs. 350,000 per month. The age limit is 30 to 45 years.
Chief Audit Officer [01 post] – Lump-sum salary Rs. 350,000 per month; age 30 to 45 years. ACCA, ACMA or CA, or minimum 16 years of education in Finance, Accounting or Commerce from an HEC-recognized university. At least 5 years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in the public or private sector, specifically in internal audit, risk management and compliance.
Assistant Director (Training & QAT) – One Post
PEIMA requires one Assistant Director for Training & Quality Assurance and Testing with a lump-sum salary of Rs. 225,000 per month. The age limit is 25 to 35 years.

Minimum 16 years of education in Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field from an HEC-recognized university, with preference for M.Phil/PhD holders. Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Applicants serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Organizations shall apply through the proper channel and shall produce a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC), wherever applicable.
Equivalence of degree or qualification shall be applicable for all positions as per HEC notifications.
Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria shall be called for a written test and/or interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test and/or interview.
Any information or document found to be vague, false, forged or misleading, or intended to influence the recruitment process, shall result in disqualification at any stage, besides initiation of legal proceedings under the applicable laws.
PEIMA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts, cancel or withdraw any or all positions, or hold the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
