NAVTTC requires one Director General for its Regional Office on deputation basis.

• Director General (Regional Office) [1 Post] – Regular Federal/Provincial Government or Autonomous Body officer in BPS-19/20 or equivalent on regular basis
• Director General (Regional Office) [1 Post] – Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience
• Director General (Regional Office) [1 Post] – Officers of all occupational groups are eligible; ex-cadre officers (Secretariat, Directorates, Audit & Accounts) preferred
• Director General (Regional Office) [1 Post] – TVET-sector experience preferred
• Director General (Regional Office) [1 Post] – Posting at ICT, KPK or anywhere in Pakistan

Director General (Planning & Development) (1 Post)

NAVTTC requires one Director General for Planning & Development at its Headquarters on deputation basis.

• Director General (Planning & Development) [1 Post] – Regular Federal/Provincial Government or Autonomous Body officer in BPS-19/20 or equivalent on regular basis
• Director General (Planning & Development) [1 Post] – Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience
• Director General (Planning & Development) [1 Post] – Substantial experience in development planning, project management, M&E, TVET and PC-I formulation
• Director General (Planning & Development) [1 Post] – Posting at NAVTTC Headquarters, Islamabad

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• The applicant must be a regular Federal/Provincial Government or Autonomous Body officer working in BPS-19/20 or equivalent on a regular basis.
• A minimum of 17 years of post-qualification experience is required.
• For the Director General (Regional Office) post, officers of all occupational groups are eligible; ex-cadre officers (Secretariat, Directorates, Audit & Accounts) are preferred, and TVET-sector experience is also preferred.
• For the Director General (Planning & Development) post, substantial experience in development planning, project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), TVET and PC-I formulation is required.
• Contract, project and tenure-track employees are not eligible to apply, as both posts are on deputation basis only.
• A departmental NOC will be required at the time of interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
• NAVTTC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
